006 Foil

I scanned an existing foil and created a digital twin from the scan data by reverse engineering.

With the new 3D model in SubD format, I am able to derive any further geometry for further development.

The use of a SubD model enables a precise representation of complex surfaces and opens up the possibility of developing innovative design variants. The digital representation allows adjustments to be tested and optimized efficiently, which significantly speeds up the entire development process.

The newly defined geometry enables direct digital mold making.
